Please only enter the date a a travel planner confirmed for you as available.
The availability confirmed by the travel planner is only valid for 6 hours, so if it has been more than six hours, your booking may be declined if the seats are no longer available.
Reservations must be made more than 24 hours in advance of your shuttle departure.
Changes and Refunds:
1. You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 24 hours in advance of your shuttle departure. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of your shuttle departure are non-refundable, no exceptions.
2. You can change the date of your trip up to 24 hours in advance of your shuttle departure, with no change fees. Changes made less than 24 hours in advance of your shuttle departure cannot be accepted, and your option in this case will be only to purchase a new reservation. Your requested change date is subject to availability, and if unavailable, the refund option applies as stated above.
How to request a change or refund:
If you meet the above stated conditions that qualify for a refund or change, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID, email address, and date of travel, and we will correspond with you to complete the refund or change.
You will receive a packet of instructions after your booking is complete. In most cases, the shuttle picks you up in front of your hotel, but in some cases you may be given a pick-up address that is near to your hotel.
