If the date of your travel is less than 7 days from now, make sure that you enter the date and time confirmed through email by an AndesTransit Trip Planner.
International tickets (trips that cross an international border) are non-refundable and non-transferable by default. For a very small minority of international routes, you can purchase the Refund Protection option, which if available will be visible at the top of the page during the checkout process. If you don't see the Refund Protection option, it is not available for that route. For other routes, the maximum amount of the refund is 65% of your ticket price, minus a $7 administration fee, with 72 hours notice required. Certain restrictions may apply for changing the date and itinerary of your ticket. MAKE SURE TO READ THE POLICY SUMMARIES FOR YOUR PARTICULAR TICKET DURING CHECKOUT.
Domestic tickets (trips inside the borders of a single country) are generally easier to change and refund, but depend on the carrier, the country policies, and the route, among various other conditions. Most domestic routes you can purchase the additional Refund Protection plan to bypass these conditions, which assures you a quick refund of 90% of your ticket provided you give us 72 hours advance notice. If the Refund Protection plan is available for your ticket, it will be visible at the top of the page during the checkout process. If you don't see the Refund Protection option, it is not available for that route. MAKE SURE TO READ THE POLICY SUMMARIES FOR YOUR PARTICULAR TICKET DURING CHECKOUT.
